As a long-time Taylor Swift fan (13 years!), I was so excited to see this book tag created by fellow book blogger Vicky.
The rules;
1. Give credit to the creator which is Vicky!
2. Tag 5 friends: I’m not too sure who out of my friends are T. Swift fans so if you are.. you’re tagged!
3. Have fun!
I Forgot That You Existed – A book on your TBR that you’d completely forgotten about.
I just looked on my shelves and I completely forgot about Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo, I read Six of Crows at the start of the year and said to myself I would read the sequel not long after but I have been so distracted by other books.
Cruel Summer – A Perfect Summer Read
I love reading contemporary or a thriller on holiday. Some of my favourites include anything by Sophie Kinsella, Before I Go To Sleep by S J Watson and Just Listen by Sarah Dessen.
Lover – Your Favourite Book/Series
My favourite book is The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. My favourite series is Harry Potter.
The Man – An Amazing Female Character
Elizabeth Bennet (Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen) is a character that comes to mind when I think of an amazing female character. I love that she speaks her mind and is so self-assured.
The Archer – A book from your childhood because you never grew up
I loved anything by Jacqueline Wilson. The Suitcase Kid, Cliffhanger, Double Act and Sleep Overs were some of my favourites that I would always reread.
I Think He Knows – A book everyone knows you love!
Probably Harry Potter!
Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince – A book that makes you so sad you could paint the town blue
My Sister’s Keeper by Jodi Picoult (Or anything by this author really)
Paper Rings – Your favourite OTP
Becky Bloomwood and Luke Brandon from the Shopaholic series by Sophie Kinsella.
Cornelia Street – A book that lived up to the hype
The Secret History by Donna Tartt. It’s one of those books that stick in your mind long after finishing it.
Death by a Thousand Cuts – A book that saying goodbye to is death by a thousand cuts so you just have to re-read it again
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J K Rowling. It’s my favourite in the series.
London Boy – A book based in London
The Strike series by Robert Galbraith (aka J K Rowling).
Soon You’ll Get Better – A book that brightens up your sky
Any books set around Christmas always make me happy. I would recommend Fairytale of New York by Miranda Dickinson.
False God – A book that you could reread over again because it still does it for you, babe
The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han. I loved this series a lot when I was a teenager and have reread it a few times. I think I like it more than To All The Boys I Loved Before.
You Need to Calm Down – An LGBTQ+ book you’d GLAADly recommend
I would highly recommend Red, White and Royal Blue by Casey Mcquiston. It’s so cute but also discusses many political issues.
Afterglow – It’s Not the Book, It’s Me (A book that wasn’t for you)
I really didn’t like The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater. I wish I did as it is so hyped in the book community but unfortunately I found the series boring.
ME! – A Character You Relate To
This is a difficult one! I would probably any character who loves to read… Hermoine Granger (Harry Potter series), Matlida (Roald Dahl) or Tabby Brown (The Paper and Hearts Society by Lucy Powrie).
It’s Nice to Have a Friend – A Character You’d Love to be Friends With
Luna Lovegood seems like such a fun character and she doesn’t care what others think. She also would always support her friends.
Daylight – A book that you weren’t sure of at first but turned out to be amazing!
Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn is one of my top five thrillers. I think it is the best book written by that author.
Bonus: Favourite Taylor Swift Album
Speak Now will always be my number one!

Loved this tag!! I’ve been looking for a way to integrate this album into my posts and this is a great way I’ll definitely do it! I noticed you mentioned that Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire is your favorite Harry Potter book. It’s mine too!!
